Forward Ever Collective Foundation (FECF) is committed to empowering Ghanaians through education, leadership, and community programs.
Who We Are
The Forward Ever Collective Foundation (“FECF”) is a charitable non-profit 501 (c)(3) affiliated with Ghana Diaspora Public Affairs Collective (“GHPAC”), established to address the acute challenges faced by the local and global Ghanaian community, and build community capacity.
Grants
In addition to its signature programs, FECF makes annual grants to GHPAC that are consistent with the Foundation’s status as a charitable and educational 501 (c)(3) organization.
Youth Development
We support selected educational and outreach programs including voter education, youth empowerment, research, trade missions, etc.
Collaboration
We build meaningful relationships among benefactors, advisors, institutions, and GHPAC leadership.

Youth Development Program(YDP)
To help bridge the opportunity, employment and development gap within Ghana, we have developed a YD program which will provide sustainable and high-quality mentoring, networking and Industry Insight sessions, skills and civic training and employment opportunities in an array of sectors which would typically not be available for young people
Positive Change Campaign School (PCCS)
Working with a mix of private, public and institutional partners, we are developing a nationally recognized nonpartisan, issue-neutral program, designed to educate/train individuals on: good governance, how to participate in local and state political campaigns and ultimately how to win elections in Ghana.
Immigration Legal Support Program (ILS)
Our ILS Program is tailored to support those in the Ghanaian American community who are often scared and confused by the legal system and cannot afford legal representation from private attorneys to support their naturalisation case.
Vote Education and Mobilization
We believe that every voice matters. That’s why we’re committed to empowering communities through education and mobilization, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate in the democratic process.
Involvement in U.S. Census and GOTV Campaigns
We actively participate in Get Out the Vote (GOTV) campaigns to encourage eligible voters to cast their ballots and ensure their voices are heard. Our efforts go beyond elections; we also advocate for fair and accurate representation in the U.S. Census.
