Who We Are
The Forward Ever Collective Foundation (FECF) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization affiliated with the Ghana Diaspora Public Affairs Collective (GHPAC). Rooted in the values of Empowerment, Change-Making, and Integrity, we connect the global Ghanaian community through education, leadership, and strategic investment. We believe that real change happens when people, institutions, and ideas move forward—together.
Grants
In addition to its signature programs, FECF makes annual grants to GHPAC that are consistent with the Foundation’s status as a charitable and educational 501 (c)(3) organization.
Youth Development
We support selected educational and outreach programs including voter education, youth empowerment, research, trade missions, etc.
Collaboration
We build meaningful relationships among benefactors, advisors, institutions, and GHPAC leadership.

Economic Empowerment and Workforce Innovation
We equip youth and adults across Ghana and the U.S. with financial literacy, digital skills, and entrepreneurship training. Through the U.S.–Africa Diaspora Youth Hub, Financial Empowerment Series, and Entrepreneurship Job Fairs, FECF builds pathways to meaningful work and business ownership.
Our partners in tech, trade, and sustainable industries help participants transition from learning to earning—fueling generational wealth and community stability.

Democratic Governance & Leadership Development
FECF supports ethical, accountable leadership across the diaspora. Through the African Elected Leaders of America (AELA) initiative and the FECF Campaign School in Ghana, we train civic leaders and public servants to lead with integrity, transparency, and community purpose. Our goal is to build the next generation of visionary leaders who see governance as service.

Environmental Justice & Clean Water Access
We respond to the environmental and public-health threats caused by illegal mining (“galamsey”) and water contamination. FECF empowers communities to monitor land and water safety, advocates for policy enforcement, and promotes sustainable mining alternatives. We are committed to protecting Ghana’s natural resources and ensuring every household has access to clean, safe water.

Health Infrastructure & Resource Access
Sustainable health systems start at the community level. FECF works with health professionals and diaspora partners to strengthen local health infrastructure, expand access to essential care, and distribute critical health resources to underserved regions. From supporting clinics with equipment and supplies to organizing annual health fairs and telehealth collaborations, we’re helping build a resilient ecosystem of care that bridges the gap between need and access—both in Ghana and the diaspora.

Immigration Legal Support (ILS) & Civic Engagement
Navigating immigration and civic systems can be overwhelming—especially for first-generation Ghanaian Americans and African immigrants. Our Immigration Legal Support (ILS) program provides pro-bono or low-cost legal guidance, naturalization assistance, and civic education to empower individuals to fully participate in society while maintaining strong cultural ties.
